The default delivery company is Rosen Courier (1588-9988), but the delivery company may be different for each product.
There is an additional charge for islands/mountainous areas/Jeju Island. (Additional 3,000 won for Jeju Island, 5,000 won for island regions)
If you would like bundled shipping, please request bundled shipping and be sure to list each product.
If there are any changes before the product is shipped, it may be difficult to confirm using the bulletin board or email, so please be sure to make changes by phone.
Orders placed before 1:30 PM on the same day will be shipped on the same day. (Except in some cases)
Once shipped, the product can be received in 1-3 days. (Some areas take 1-2 days longer)
Return and exchange information

If there is a problem with the product, please consult with the seller before exchanging or returning the product.
If you change your mind and return the product, you must inspect and confirm the product after receiving it. If there are any signs of use, such as power connection, the product cannot be returned.
If the product is not defective after inspection, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer when exchanging or returning the product.
If you simply change your mind, you can request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the product.
